Connect to a deep place in yourself through sacred sound and mantra. These ancient sounds can help us to regulate and deepen our breathing, release endorphins to help us relax and center ourselves, leaving us feeling refreshed, joyful and back in harmony with ourselves and the world.  We sing from many different spiritual traditions in honour of our oneness as human beings. No experience is necessary, just a willing heart!! All welcome.
