Reiki and Sound Healing

I am blessed to be working with Stella on sound healing and Naked Voice work. She has the presence to hold a safe and sacred space that allows me to work through any fears or judgements that arise from my old emotional patterns.

Stella's healing work through sound has helped me open up to know myself in new and deeper ways. She holds a sacred, peaceful and nurturing space which allows my inner and outer child to feel safe and free to play!

The Naked Voice work with Stella cannot be summed up with human words because the spiritual and emotional healing journey I am floating through in the work is something my mind cannot understand. I am growing inside of myself in new ways that feel ever expansive and freeing. I feel like my Soul is singing!

Our physical body exists as a field of energy, and in our busy, stressful lifestyles, the optimum vibration for health is often challenged or distorted, leading to illness, physical problems or emotional distress.

Reiki is the energy of universal life force and is a safe and gentle way of restoring balance, serenity, and healing to the individual.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Stella offers individual Reiki sessions for healing, as well as Reiki attunements. A Reiki attunement can be done in a workshop setting or one-to-one. It is the transfer of the Reiki energy symbols and principles for self-healing and sharing healing with others.

As a trained sound healer she may also combine her sound healing tools with Reiki, using vocal tones and overtones to help the body back into harmony with itself.
