Chant & Be Happy

Connect to a deep place in yourself and find peace through sacred sound and mantra. These ancient sounds can help us to regulate and deepen our breathing, release endorphins to help us relax and center ourselves, leaving us feeling refreshed, joyful and back in harmony with ourselves and the world.  We sing from many different spiritual traditions in honour of our oneness as human beings. All welcome.

 Monday 5th of December, featuring Holiday Bazaar starting at 6:30, chant from 7:30 - 9:00 pm, cost $10. Join us for Holiday shopping, handmade jewelry, clothing, crafts and artwork.

& Monday 19th of December, Special Winter Solstice Celebration, featuring soup, bread & social from 6:30, chant from 7:30 - 9:00pm, cost $15, or bring a friend/partner for $25.
